Card Rise Houlette
Inspired by Tony Karpinski. It's not gimmicked itself, just a useful holder to isolate cards when using the special rising cards deck that is placed in the Houlette. There are many types of deck you could use with this houlette. Personally I'm not sure which and how the the back pocket is used .
